GENERAL INFO
♡ A comission order can only be directed into a digital file. Not the printed art.♡ I always send a sketch of the work in progress so you may approve it, before I start painting.♡ This will be the only time which you'll be able to ask for a modification without extra charges.
(If the modification you asked for, was in the e-mail/chat between both of us, an additional charge won't be applied, perhaps It may has been my mistake. However, if you add any new details after the painting process has begun, I'll have to demand an extra value.)♡ If you demand an Illustration for commercial purposes, there'll be applied a 25% value extra rate to it.
(Exceptions: Twitch/YouTube emotes and banners, and others from the same kind)♡ I have the right to cancel your order if, during its making, I realize I can't do it, as well as if some misunderstood occurs;♡ I don't draw in any styles others than my own;♡ As an artist, my art is constantly evolving. Thus, there might be little changes between posts in my gallery and the Illustration you're getting;♡ When requesting any of my services, you're automatically accepting this very terms and conditions. As so, you must follow them.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
♡ As the artist, I'll be able to post the work wherever I want to (crediting you as its owner, if that's your intention), using it for self-promotion, in any place with it.Since the moment you do the request you can:♡ Post it on other sites, crediting me as the artist;
♡ Print the art / Use it for producing anything, as long as it is directed to personal use and not selling / marketing / commerce.
♡ Use it as decoration for your Facebook page, Twitter, Twitch...You cannot:♡ Change, modify or use my own work without my permission;
♡Utilize it for own profit by selling the product, without mutual consent;
♡Take self credit for the art;
♡Remove my signature.If you don't want me to share your order at all, or you'd rather me toshare it only from a certain date forward, you may please warn me as soon as possible.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
♡ I would rather accept PayPal, but I also do accept bank transfers and MBWay methods for Portugal locals, and only PayPal transfers when it comes to foreign residents;♡ The art must be totally paid before I start working on it, and I'll only keep the comission's spot reserved due to that payment;♡ You'll be on the list right whe the payment is done and I receive its details;♡ Do not send any money until you have my approval in which I'll accept your comission. Always wait for my instructions in the first place.♡ Commission reservations will only be approved once the payment is agreed.
DESIGN CHANGES
♡ I'll be able to refund 100% of the value, if I haven't begun to work on the sketch yet. If I have already begun to do it, I can refund only 50% of the payment. When I get to the painting , there won't be any possible refunding at all;♡ If I may be too busy and can't finish your commission, I'll refund the payment for its total;♡ I can't approve a commission if I think I won't be capable of getting the work finished the way it is supposed to be. In this case, if the payment has already been done, I'll refund it for its total value.♡ You can't cancel or demand a refund in any other circumstance, besides the referred ones, after the payment is received.
Work Speed
♡ I'll always try to finsh your request as soon as possible. The estimated time for its production will be somewhere between a week and a month since the payment is granted.♡ If you have ordered more than a single illustration or, if there are other comissions being made before yours, time may increase;♡ If I have given you a certain date containing a specific month, your commission will, most probably, be finished in that same month.♡ Send the references as quick as possible (preferentially during your commission's request). That'll make the process faster;♡ In case the commission has to be delivered due to a specific date, I'll take an extra charge if it is too close and/or unexpected.♡ I'll always take care to tell you if something happens and there is a delay related to your order;♡ You can ask about how is your commission going whenever you want to.
